If you wish to enrol your child at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School then please use the download form link below. Once completed, please drop it off at the front reception office.

Children do not need to be Catholic to apply for a place at St Patrick’s. We welcome families from all backgrounds, faith or no faith.

An application must be made to the Admissions Department at Waltham Forest (www.walthamforest.gov.uk) and a separate application made to the school by visiting the school office (8am to 6pm). If would like to tour the school, please telephone the school office (02085094321) or email: school@st-patricks.waltham.sch.uk.

Reception Open Days
